We are all trying to figure out what the holidays will look like this year…how we might safely gather with friends and family……  even if our gatherings are smaller and maybe break with our traditions.

I am offering several options for the holidays:

1) A plated (restaurant-style) dinner for parties of up to 20, where guests are seated outdoors* at small, socially-distanced tables by household or social bubble. We can provide patio heaters, lighting, tables & even tenting.

2) An indoor dinner where the logistics allow for a safe work environment, for 8-10 people. Minimum pricing is $850/weekdays and $1000/weekends.

3) A virtual dinner party with one of our "No-Prep Dinner-in-a-Bag" where each course is vacuum-sealed, then sous vide by being brought to food-safe temperature over time; this process does not comprise flavor or quality, in fact, it enhances both and the vacuum-sealed bags assure maximum hygiene. Just reheat and serve! (Minimums apply per address)

4) Cheesemonger’s & Charcuterie Boards, delivered and ready to serve, starting at $350.

5) A Gift Certificate for one of my "No-Prep Dinners-in-a-Bag", A Virtual Dinner Party, or a Private, In-Home Culinary Experience (COVID-19 restrictions apply)

AN IN-HOME CULINARY EXPERIENCE

  • Presently, we are only accepting indoor dinner parties for up 8 people or the # of people permitted for indoor gatherings in the county in which the event will take place.

  • All dinners will be served plated, restaurant-style: No buffets, food stations or family-style service.

  • In an effort to minimize contact between servers and guests: The first course will be pre-set, before guests are seated and water and wine will be pre-poured. The final course will be cleared after guests get up from the table if possible. Menus will be limited to 5 courses maximum.

  • We’ve reduced our staffing levels so as to have fewer people from outside your “bubble” in your home.

VIRTUAL HOLIDAY PARTIES

We will deliver one of No-Prep “Dinner-Parties-in-a-Bag” to up to 4* households and can usually modify the menu to accommodate the dietary preferences of each group. We've been doing this since March and people love it! Not sure how? I’ve prepared a GUIDE TO HOSTING A VIRTUAL DINNER PARTY!

Perfect for a cocktail hour or wine tasting, or set this out before a dinner you’re planning to cook yourself! Featuring Fiscalini Farmstead Cheeses, Charcuterie from San Giacomo and Fabrique Délices, as well as housemade Rillettes, Tapenades and Patés, fruit and fruit patés, olives and nuts, and crackers, all presented on a beautiful wooden boards.

Platters should be shared by people who are in the same social bubble. Everyone should have their own cocktail forks and be sure to put out plenty of toothpicks, and mini-spoons for spreads.Everything should be pre-sliced.

($350-400, serves 8-12) One week’s notice is highly recommended. designed to serve 8-12 people. Priced at $350 for my Cheesemonger’s Board and $400 for my Cheesemonger & Charcuterie Board. Delivered free to addresses in the greater San Francisco area and for a small fee outside that.
