My culinary journey began in NYC’s Little Italy, where life revolved around eating! It was there that I fell in love with cooking, as I helped by best friend’s nona shop, prep lunch, serve, and cleanup and then begin the process all over again'; almost as soon as we were finishes with lunch, we got started on dinner.
