COVID-19 PROCEDURES FOR DINNERS

  • Presently, we are only accepting outdoor dinner parties for up 10 people *including servers & kitchen staff, where all guests are from the same household and will be seated at socially distanced tables by social “bubble”, or the # of people permitted for outdoor gatherings in the county in which the event will take place. Tables of 2-4 are highly encouraged and we can help you secure small tables and tablecloths via our rental partners at Bright Event Rentals. So, for example, for 8 guests you might have 2-4 small tables.

  • One of our drop-off “No-Prep Dinner-Parties-in-a-Bag” is the safest option. Serve your family the same gourmet meals I serve when I cook in your home! Each course is vacuum-sealed, then sous vide by being brought to food-safe temperature over time; just reheat and serve. I have developed several menus that lend themselves well to this process without comprising flavor or quality and the vacuum-sealed bags assure maximum hygiene.

  • For indoor dinners, we will correspond with you to best understand the logistics for your event, for example, whether you have an open floor plan or there is a barrier between the kitchen and dining area. Based on this information, we will create your In-Home Private Dining Plan.

  • No guests, nor the host, are permitted in the kitchen during the event and for 3 hours prior to our arrival. We request that you kindly open all windows in the kitchen and the area 3 hours prior to our arrival.

  • All dinners will be served plated, restaurant-style: No buffets, food stations or family-style service. We will only offering Cheeseboards or other shared platters if your guests are all in the same “social bubble”.

  • In an effort to minimize contact between servers and guests: The first course will be pre-set, before guests are seated and water and wine will be pre-poured. The final course will be cleared after guests get up from the table if possible. Menus will be limited to 5 courses maximum.

  • We will not offer water pitchers on the tables, and all wine will be poured by one of our servers.

  • We highly recommend you use rental tableware (flatware/glassware/dishware and linens) as these are pre-sterilized and then immediately packed and sealed. We can arrange everything for you!

  • All servers will wear disposable gloves, which will be changed after each course is cleared.

  • All servers and kitchen staff will wear masks.

  • All staff will be pre-screened for symptoms the day before and the morning of each event.

  • All kitchen surfaces will be sanitized before and after service (we request that you provide disinfectant please).

  • In the event that, upon our arrival, we ascertain that logistics are NOT as described in your In-Home Private Dining Plan and we feel the environment is not COVID-safe, we reserve the right to leave, in which case we will leave you with all the ingredients and no refunds will be issued.
